Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel an order while it’s in packed/shipped status by using the cancel option on our website/mobile site. This includes items purchased on sale. Any amount paid will be credited back to the original payment mode.

You can modify the shipping address of your order before it’s processed (packed) by updating it under the ‘change address’ option in the ‘My Order’ section of our website/mobile site.

To cancel an order, go to the “My Orders” section in the main menu of our website/mobile site and select the item or order you want to cancel.

For Cash on Delivery orders, no refund is needed as payment hasn’t been made. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet, you will receive a refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation. If payment was made by digital wallet balance, the refund will be instant post order cancellation, which can be later transferred into your bank account by contacting the digital wallet customer support team.

Return Policy:

Most items purchased from clomonk.com under Clomonk STORE are returnable within the return window, except those explicitly identified as not returnable, such as customized Merch, made-to-order, print-on-demand, bulk orders, B2B, etc.

For returned products, refunds are issued to the original payment method (for pre-paid transactions) or to the bank account/Clomonk CREDIT balance (for Pay on Delivery orders). Details for making such refunds and the timelines are detailed in the refund policy available [here](insert link).

General Returns Policy:

  1. Products are returnable within the applicable return window if they are physically damaged, have missing items, are defective, or different from their description on the product detail page on clomonk.com.
  2. Returns will be processed only if:
    • It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
    • The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
    • The product is returned in its original condition (with the brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag, and all accessories).
  3. Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or color of the product ordered.
  4. Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
  5. Additional information is not required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category-specific policy.
  6. Products may be eligible for replacement only if the same seller has the exact same item in stock.
  7. If the replacement request is placed and the seller does not have the exact same product in stock, a refund will be provided.
  8. Products purchased by international customers are not eligible for returns/refunds.

Note: If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 7 days from the delivery of the product.

Non-Returnable Items like any customized Merch or product are non-returnable. However, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective, or different item delivered to you, we will provide a refund or replacement if available.
